 Terms and Conditions 

Thank you for the trust you have placed in us. By making your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Ordering Method 

You must place your order at least7- 14 days in advance of the delivery date. If you want a next-day arrangement, unfortunately, at this time we will not be accepting orders. 

Payments and Refunds 

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. If you cancel your order within 3 days prior to the delivery day, only 50% of your payment will be refunded. In the case of cancellation 24 hours or less before the scheduled delivery time, no money will be refunded. 

Delivery

 The delivery address must be provided accurately by the customer. Be specific when indicating the delivery day, time, and place. Only one delivery attempt will be made at the agreed address. If the recipient is not present, the delivery will be left with another person at the residence. 

 If there is no one at the delivery location, the customer will be contacted to coordinate how to proceed. In case there is no communication with the customer or recipient, the arrangement will return to our location where the product can be picked up the same day during our business hours or the following day.

Pickup

The pickup of your order is completely free. If you wish to pick up your order, please consider that some of our arrangements will require a large vehicle such as an SUV or minivan.

Disclaimer 

Nailian Decoration by Zuleyka LLC is not responsible for damages after delivery. If there is an error in color, name, or number, it must be reported immediately before we leave the delivery location. Please note that some of our products are made with latex balloons; if our product causes any allergic reaction to you as a customer or to the person receiving the arrangement, we are not responsible for it.  You must notify us before we carry it out in order to use alternative materials.
